Housing.com POV

All real estate properties that are closer to any public transport system are convenient and command a premium- be it for buying or renting. Typically areas that are within 500 metre proximity to the metro corridors command higher property prices and also show better rental yield. Key localities that in this segment especially in the commercial space are Wagale Estate, Kolshet Industrial Area etc. While demand in these areas has always been high, with the metro convenience, real estate prices will witness further growth.
