May 6, 2024: Real estate developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) today introduced a luxury plotted development called One Goa in Goa’s Bicholim. Spread across over 130 acre, One Goa is a 40-minute drive from the newly inaugurated MOPA airport, ensuring convenient access for travellers. At its centrepiece lies a 5-star hotel, housing 50 to 100 rooms, integrated with a 40,000 square foot (sqft) clubhouse.
Bollywood actress Tripti Dimri has become the face of One Goa for HoABL. In line with the project being announced, The House of Abhinandan Lodha has kickstarted a 360-degree campaign with OOH, Print and Digital legs across the country with Triptii as the face.
Partnering with the architecture firm Enzyme, HoABL has conceived a 3-tiered clubhouse sprawled across 40,000 sqft. managed by the hotel. Within this clubhouse, there is a discotheque, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a selection of amenities including a gym managed by a fitness alliance, a coffee shop and a boutique retail plaza. The key highlight of One Goa is its 23-acre central zone featuring beaches, pergolas, gazebo zones, and sports facilities.
