May 2, 2024: MakeMyTrip’s founder Deep Kalra, Den Network’s Sameer Manchanda and Assago Group’s Ashish Gurnani have purchased luxury apartments in DLF’s project ‘The Camellias’ in Gurgaon, according to documents accessed by IndexTap. Conveyance deeds of four properties worth Rs 127 crore have been registered in the project.
Deep Kalra and his family have purchased a 7430 square foot (sqft) apartment for Rs 46.25 crore and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.77 crore. The apartment has four car parkings. The conveyance deed was registered on March 4, as per the documents.
Ashish Gurnani and his family have bought two 7430 sqft apartments for Rs 21.75 crore each and paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.30 and Rs 1.08 crore, respectively. Each apartment has four car parkings. These were registered on March 13, 2024.
Sameer Manchanda, chairman and managing director at Den Networks and his family have bought a 10,813 sqft apartment for Rs 37.83 crore and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore. The apartment comes with five car parkings. The property was registered on March 19, 2024, the documents showed.
The Camellias is a luxury housing project by DLF. Housing units in the project were launched in 2014 at around Rs 22,000 per sqft. The price of apartments ranges between Rs 53 crore to Rs 70 crore. Rentals range from Rs 10.5 lakh per month for an unfurnished apartment and Rs 14 lakh for a furnished unit.
In January 2024, Smiti Agarwal, a director at Wesbok Lifestyle and wife of V Bazaar CMD Hemant Agarwal, purchased an apartment in The Camellias for Rs 95 crore.
