May 6, 2024: Rajasthan-based real estate developer Trehan Group has launched a new residential project, ‘Shalimar Heights’ in Alwar. This is located in the group’s 200-acre township project, Apna Ghar Shalimar. This is Trehan Group’s second residential offering after announcing luxury housing project, Trehan Amrit Kalash.
The project comprises 320 units and has 1 BHK of around 452 sqft and 2 BHK flats of around 896 sqft, whose prices start from Rs 10.25 lakh and Rs 23.99 lakh respectively.
The newly announced project is in close vicinity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and shares seamless connectivity with metro cities and Tier-II cities such as Jaipur, Gurugram and other parts of the National Capital Region.
Saransh Trehan, managing director, Trehan Group, said, “Our latest project Shalimar Heights will fulfill the aspirations of new home buyers who are actively saving to invest in homes of an affordable price range and build a stable future. We are looking to revive the charm of affordable housing societies with Shalimar Heights. The project is a composite mix of utilitarian and recreational amenities. It will have 24/7 security, uninterrupted power back-up, and CCTV Surveillance as well as a Park, Kids’ Play Area, and Community Hall for leisure activities, gatherings and events.”
Trehan Group expects to deliver the project by the end of 2025.
Speaking about the location’s primacy, Trehan continued, “Alwar is a rapidly developing industrial town amid a slew of infrastructural developments. Apart from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway which will strengthen Alwar’s connectivity to multiple cities and states, The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar RRTS line, being developed under the Regional Rapid Transit System Phase 1, will establish strong connectivity of Alwar to Munirka and Aerocity in Delhi, which will pass through Gurugram, Sotanala and Rewari.”
