UP Awas Vikas Housing Board 2024: Registration, online services

The UP Awas Vikas Housing Scheme, also known as the UP Housing and Development Board, is responsible for providing affordable housing in the state. The board works to provide sustainable housing units, equipped with modern amenities, to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG), and Middle-Income Groups (MIG). UP Awas Vikas: How to do online registration of flats?

Under online services, click on online registration of flats/houses/plots. You will reach here:

https://upavp.in/pages/en/top-menu/online-services/en-registration-of-flats.

Click on the live schemes on the page and proceed. You will reach another page, where you have to log in using a username and password. If you don’t have an account, first register using your username and mobile number and click on sign up. Currently, you can register for plots available at Mandola Vihar Scheme Ghaziabad. Registration started on December 15, 2024, and is open till January 15, 2024.

UP Awas Vikas: How to view the ledger and make online payments?

• On the online services tab, click on view ledger and online payment.
• You will reach https://upavponline.in//pem/upavp_new/index.aspx.
• If you have the property allotted from UPAVP, click on ‘register’ for one-time registration.
• If you have already registered, then login to the website. Enter details, such as username, password, captcha, and log in.

Once you log in, enter details, such as property type, scheme name, district name, property number, allottee name, mobile number, and address and proceed with online payment.

How to generate e-challan?

Note, that the e-challan generation facility is applicable for allottees who are not registered on the portal to date. To access other facilities, like view ledger and online payment, one has to register as mentioned above.

To generate e-challan, click on generate e-challan under online services. You will reach https://upavp.in/pages/en/top-menu/online-services/en-generate-challan.

Click on instalment/tax payment and you will reach:

Enter details and click on search.

If you want to generate a challan for miscellaneous charges, click on that option. You will reach here:

Enter details, such as district name, scheme name, category, property number, allottee name, mobile number, and email ID, and click on proceed to generate e-challan.

How to make online bookings of community centres?

Click on the online booking of community centres in the online services tab and you will reach: https://upavp.in/pages/en/top-menu/online-services/en-generate-challan.

On this page, enter the district name, facility type, location/ facility centre, and date, and click on show availability. If available, you can proceed with the booking.

How to check vacant property details?

To check vacant property details, go to https://upavp.in/pages/en/top-menu/online-services/en-city-in-the-map.

Enter the location here.

You will be led to another page:

Enter scheme, flat type, and click on search.

How to check the e-auction of properties?

On the online services tab, click on the e-auction of property. You will reach the following page. Enter district, scheme, and property category, and click on search.
