July 18, 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) on July 17, 2024 through a public notice in newspapers called out parties to present their legal matter in an online hearing of 32 complaints. The UP RERA mentioned that these are the parties that have skipped several dates in the past and any further miss will result in the UP RERA taking a unilateral decision.
According to the UP RERA, “The parties who do not appear on several dates in the hearing of various benches of UP RERA are being given a last chance to appear through public notice in newspapers. Since they do not appear in the hearing, the grievance of the complainant / party is not being resolved and their hearing has to be rescheduled for the next date, which is against the objectives of the RERA Act and against the interests of the allottee or other stakeholders”.
According to the UP RERA statement, of the total number of hearings, 19 will be held at UP RERA’s head office Bench at Lucknow. These belong belong to Vasundhara Lotus Infratech, Polars Infradevelopers, Yazdan Constructions, Shinecity Infra Projects, Gayatri Developers, Wealth Matra Infracon, Precious Buildtech, Hydes Infra Projects and two home buyers.
Around 13 complaints will be heard at the UP RERA’s regional office bench in Gautam Buddh Nagar. These belong to Satya Homes, Divyanka Homes, New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, Logix Infra Developers, Ashoka Priyansh Builders, Shamiah International Builders, Syore Infraprojects, VXL Realtors and one home buyer.

- The parties will be send a link on registered mobile number and email id two days before scheduled hearing date.
