UP RERA issues public notice to promoters to attend online hearing

If the promoters don’t attend the hearing then a unilateral decision will be taken by the bench.

May 22, 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has issued a notice to promoters who are present in the various districts of the state to be present during the online hearing of the benches on various dates of the coming month in 28 complaints. The notice was published in public newspapers, thus giving developers last chance.

The complaints are against Palm Estate, IMCO Multi, Shine City InfraProjects, Dwarika Residency, Ganpati Builders, Iconic Infraventures, Aangi Homes, Manya Infra Buildwell, GID Housing Infrastructure, Khalsa Real Estate, Omega Infrabuild and Samridhi Infrastate etc.

Developers who will miss being part of the online hearing will have to accept the unilateral decision that will be taken by the bench.
