  3. Credit card bill payments must be made before 4:30 pm on weekdays and Saturdays. 
  4. The payment will be credited on the next working day if a customer makes payment after 4:30 pm on a non-working day.

The Citibank credit card Bill desk is known as E-Pay.

Steps to make the payment: 

  1. Visit the Citibank Bill desk
  2. Enter the Citibank credit card number. 
  3. Re-enter the number to confirm it. 
  4. Enter your Email ID and mobile number. 
  5. Enter the amount to be paid. 
  6. Select the bank account through which you wish to make the payment. 
  7. Select the ‘E-Pay Now’ option. 
  8. You will be redirected to the net banking interface of the selected bank.
