August 1, 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will launch a group housing scheme plots offering 19 plots located near the Noida International Airport in Jewar, according to media reports. These plots, situated in residential Sectors 17, 18, and 22D, have an area ranging from 16,188 square metres (sqm) (around 2.8 acre) to 48,564 sqm (about 12 acre).
Yeida will conduct an e-auction to allocate these plots. The reserve price has been fixed between Rs 32,375 and Rs 35,612 per sqm. According to YEIDA officials, nearly 25,000 flats will be developed through this initiative. The 19 plots have a combined area of around 4.3 lakh sqm, with a total reserve price of around Rs 1,407 crore.
Sector 22D will comprise eight plots, including four plots of size 20,235 sqm each, two plots of size 47,754 sqm each, one plot of 45,731 sqm and one plot of 48,564 sqm. The reserve prices for these plots range from Rs 65.51 crore to Rs 173 crore. Sector 18 will have six plots, each of size 16,188 sqm. Sector 17 will include five plots with two plots of size 11,513 sqm each, one plot of 12,141 sqm, one plot of 20,235 sqm and one plot of 24,282 sqm. The reserve prices of these plots are set between Rs 37 crore and Rs 78 crore.
