Yeida to auction 38 commercial properties in October 2023

The document fee for participating in the e-auction is Rs 11,800.

In line with chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of industrial development in Uttar Pradesh (UP), the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) is organising an e-auction in October 2023, where bids will be invited for the allocation of 38 commercial properties. The properties for auction will include 25 commercial shops, six commercial footprint plots, four fuel filling stations and three commercial kiosks.

The application process for participating in the e-auction began on September 15, 2023, and will close on October 16, 2023. The e-auction will be held until 5 PM and the last date for EMD submission is October 12. The document fee for participating in the auction is Rs 11,800. This mega auction is expected to pave the way for the allotment of various commercial properties in the future.

Under Yeida’s open-ended scheme of 462 multi-storey buildings, the draw has determined the buildings and blocks of 287 successful applicants. In all, 308 applications were received, but 21 requested refunds of their registration amounts. The list of eligible applicants is uploaded on the website. Allotment letters will be issued to the successful applicants on September 20. The list of vacant buildings are also posted at the draw site.
