These are international concierge and banking services that help in availing the bespoke benefits of the private card. The cardholders get exclusive benefits like VIP meet, special lounge access at the airport, and specific stores.

YES Bank net banking registration

  • Go to Yes Bank’s official site, https://www.yesbank.in/.
  • At the login drop-down menu, click on Yes online and proceed.

  • You will be directed to the login page where either you can log in or if you are a first-time user then you can click on the ‘register here’ link.
  • At the popup dialog box, agree with the terms & conditions then proceed further.

  • You can register with three options:
  1. Debit card
  2. Credit card
  3. Loan account

Method 1: Debit card

A registration page will appear, prompting you to provide your customer ID, debit card information, and PIN. You must also create a net banking password that meets the requirements. Agree to abide before proceeding to the ‘Register Online’ button.

Method 2: Credit card 

Select a login ID, then input your credit card details, birth date, and card expiration date, as well as a passcode for net banking. Agree to abide before proceeding to the ‘Register Online’ button.

  • A one-time password (OTP) would be issued to the phone number you provided during registration. Click ‘Submit’ after entering your OTP in the provided space.
  • A notice stating that you would have properly enrolled for net banking solutions should show up.

Method 3: Loan account

  • Enter customer ID
  • Enter Loan Account No.
  • Enter Date of Birth an click on next to proceed with the Yes Net banking registration process.

How to login to the YES Bank internet banking portal

  • Go to https://yesonline.yesbank.co.in/index.html?module=login to sign in to your YES BANK account.

  • Enter the Login ID and and password that you created during registration and click on login.
  • Your browser will take you to your account dashboard.

How to change and reset the YES Bank internet banking password?

On the https://yesonline.yesbank.co.in/index.html?module=login click on Forgot password.

You will reach a page that will ask you to enter details. You can change the password using debit card, credit card, loan account, Aadhaar and personal information. Yes Bank

  • Visit Yes banking digital banking portal.
  • Login with your credentials.
  • Visit the account summary section to complete the query.

Calling and SMS

Customers had to register either by calling or sending SMS at +91 9840909000.

SMS YESREG <Customer ID>

  • Customers can call at 09223920000 (balance check number) using their registered number.
  • The call would get disconnected automatically.
  • Via SMS, customers would get the mini statement
  • For primary account, customers had to send the message at +91 9840909000

USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) Channel

Using registered number just dial *99*66*1# to see the account balance on the screen.

Mobile Banking

  • Download Yes Bank app via App or Google Play store.
  • Login with credentials.
  • Visit the account summary section to check the balance.

YES Robot via Facebook

Customers can now make their balance queries using Facebook.

  • Open Facebook messenger.
  • Search YES ROBOT 
  • Begin the chat and ask the bot for the account balance.

  • Visit Yes Bank’s official website.
  • Click the Yes Bank Robot circle at the bottom corner of the page.
  • You can either enter the name or skip it.
  • Amongst listed options, choose Banking Services.
  • Then click Check Balance
  • Click on login
  • Enter customer ID and registered mobile number then click on send OTP.
  • Follow every prompt till you get access to a balance check.

YES bank Toll-Free number

Call Yes bank toll-free number 1800 1200 for balance update.

ATM

  • Insert ATM card at any ATM.
  • Select the Balance query option.
  • Do Verification using the PIN.
  • The balance will be displayed.

Passbook

Visit the nearest Yes bank branch and update your passbook for balance update.

 

YES net banking: How to transfer money online?

IMPS, RTGS, and NEFT are three ways through which you can transfer money either using net banking or a mobile app.

  • Login into the system on the Yes net banking login official website.
  • Under the ‘Funds Transfer’ section on the left-hand menu, select the type of fund transfer. 
  • You will see a screen where you can choose the kind of transfer and whether you want to add a recipient. Choose the second option if you want to deposit money into a bank account.
  • A pop-up window will display once you select the transfer option. Input the recipient bank details, the recipient bank’s IFSC code, the transfer amount, and any comments. Choose the account to which you want to transfer funds. Select ‘Transfer’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Your registered cellphone number would get an OTP. Click ‘Submit’ after entering the Pin inside the field given.
  • A window will emerge with an experienced major and the contract’s data.

How can customers retrieve their login ID/ reset their password for YES net banking?

Using Debit card

  • Login with credentials at Yes bank’s official site.
  • Click on ‘Forgot password/ Unlock Login ID.

  • Choose a bank account( using a debit card), and click on ‘ Create New Password.
  • Enter your customer ID in the login ID section.
  • Enter your debit card number and PIN.
  • Set the new password.
  • Accept terms and conditions and click Create New Password.

Using Credit Card

  • Login with credentials at Yes bank’s official site.
  • Click on ‘Forgot password/ Unlock Login ID.
  • Choose the credit card option and click on ‘ Create New Password.
  • Enter your customer ID in the login ID section.
  • Enter your debit card number, date of birth, and expiry date.
  • Set the new password.
  • Accept terms and conditions and click Create New Password.
  • Enter OTP received on the registered number.

You can also retrieve login using loan account, Aadhaar or personal information ( for NR customers)

Place request offline

Visit the branch to place the request. Customers may download the ‘Account Maintenance & Channel Registration Form. Submit the form at the nearest branch.

Is YES net banking platform safe?

With a 128-bit SSL secured connection, Yes Bank offers the safest and most user-friendly net banking digital platform. Furthermore, the bank’s servers are protected by firewalls that restrict access to your transaction.

Customers are also given a unique id number, and the passwords for their identities are created using particular criteria. Hackers will be less likely to predict your credentials as a result of this. An OTP will be issued to the registered cellphone number if the payment exceeds a specific threshold.
