The estate is so delicate and has considerable area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My husband has diabetes and walking is must needed for his health. It has aslo basketball, badminton courts, cricket playground. My daughter practices basketball here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together. They are so sympathetic and useful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several fundamental external conveniences.

I have been living here with my family also. Positively, the environments are so lenient and gentle as well. For that reason, my husband can continue his work and my daughter too can keep going her studies from here easily. This housing also has a sufficient wifi connection for proceeding with works very comfortably. He is presently working for an IT company that is very close to our estate as well. Here are some other facilities such as schools, hospitals, banks, shopping malls, shops for essential goods are at very few lengths. So these are the crucial factors of boosting this area vastly.

Except from these, I have to incorporate some negativities of this niche too. This place faces a major water issue during summer. I faced several power cuts happen in this place. They also have poor drainage and sewage systems are too poor as compared to other facilities. And this is hugely anxious for all inhabitants as I guess. For most of the period, waterlogging in main street difficulties are encountered by inhabitants after a heavy in this area. And I think the council should take steps against these. Oppositely, the place is quite decent with superior conveniences as well.

The project is spread over a total area of 18.1 acres of land with 6 towers. The is appropriate for those who love to live peacefully with family. For me, this place gives the all luxuries which I would love to. The prices are so affordable and housing is well developed and beautifully designed. The rooms are airy and have lots of space. They provide us with the fully automated smart homes with remoted doors and digital keypads. Home loans are too accepted here. 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk apartment configurations are available here. Overall the estate is entirely decent with respect to the price.

This profitable project is formulated by Skyon Construction. I am happy to mention that this project gives me all of the expensive amenities and lodging at a very least price. The highways and roadways are decently connected to this location as well. Schools, markets, hospitals are so close. I have been living here for 3years with my husband and daughter and having the best supervision and services till now. This place for me would be one of the profitable undertakings yet.
