As part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Chadha Developers and Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) are offering 1000 1BHK MHADA flats at Chadha Residency for the EWS segment under the PPP project lottery for the EWS- ‘Mega Diwali and New Year lottery Scheme 3, Phase 1’. The scheme is open till December 21, 2022. The lucky draw for this MHADA lottery under PPP will be held on December 26,2022.

Chadha Residency is spread across 80 acres and is located at Vangani (near Badlapur station). The project enjoys good connectivity with it being 10 minutes from the Vangani railway station. The original cost of the 1 BHK at Chadha Residency is Rs 11,41,000. After deducting the PMAY subsidy of Rs 2,50,000, the cost of the 1BHK comes to Rs 8,91,000.  The Maha RERA registration of the project under the lottery is P51700028831.

For applying, an application fee of Rs 5000 has to be paid which will be refunded within 7 days in case the applicant is unsuccessful. The builder will have the final right to reject or accept the application.For more information, you can call or whatsapp on 8800171005.

Before applying for this lottery under PPP model, it is important to note that this project is for EWS only (i.e. people with monthly income that is less than Rs 50,000).  This project is for EWS only (i.e. those whose monthly income is less than 50,000 / -). Also, the lottery beneficiary should not have a home anywhere in India.
