Go to eMahabhumi at https://mahabhumi.gov.in.
On the website, under ‘Premium services’, click on ‘Digitally signed 7/12, 8A, Ferfar and Property Card’. You will reach https://digitalsatbara.mahabhumi.gov.in/DSLR.
Login using your login id, password and captcha.
A user can also login using OTP, where you have to enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘send OTP’.
You will receive a message saying ‘OTP sent on your mobile’. Next, enter the OTP received and click on ‘Verify OTP’. You will reach the page from where you can get the 7/12 digitally signed.
Here, enter the district, taluka, village, search survey no /gat no, select survey no /gat no.
You will see two options to choose form – Ankit Saatbara and Akshari Saatbara.
Note that if you select ‘Akshari Satbara’, you will see a pop up message stating ‘Digital signature of this process is in Tatathi level.‘
As you have to pay Rs 15 for every download of the 7/12 online Aurangabad certificate, check the balance. If the balance is zero, then, click on ‘Recharge account’ to add money to your wallet..
