June 19, 2024: Actor Abhishek Bachchan has bought six apartments spread over 4,894 sqft in Borivali Mumbai, mention media reports. As per data accessed by Zapkey.com, the actor has bought these apartments in Borivali’s Oberoi Sky City for around Rs 15.42 crore.
According to a Moneycontrol.com report, the first apartment has a carpet area of 1,101 sqft. This was sold for Rs 3.42 crore. The carpet area of the second and the third apartment is 252 sqft and was sold for Rs 79 lakh each. The fourth apartment has a carpet area of 1,101 sqft and was sold at Rs 3.52 crore. The fifth apartment with an area of 1,094 sqft was sold for Rs 3.39 crore. The sixth apartment was also sold for Rs 3.39 crore.
The six flats are located on the 57th floor of the building and these come with 10 parking spaces.
Spread over a total area of 25 acre, the Oberoi Sky City is located in Borivali East and has a total of eight towers. This MahaRERA registered project is an under-construction project that provides luxurious 3 BHK. The proposed date of completion of this project as per the MahaRERA is December 31, 2027.
Abhishek Bachchan in addition to his newly acquired properties, also has real estate exposure with a bungalow Ammu, located adjacent to Jalsa that he has leased to SBI and a palatial Bungalow in Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates. His wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has also invested in a number of properties and so has his father Amitabh Bachchan, whose recent property purchases include a 10,000 sqft land parcel in Alibaug and a 10,000 sqft plot in Ayodhya.
