Alia Bhatt’s production house buys property in Bandra

In a separate transaction, the actor transferred her Juhu flats to her sister Shaheen.

Actor Alia Bhatt’s production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions, has invested in a Rs 37.80-crore apartment in Bandra’s Pali Hill, show documents accessed by Indextap.com. Registered on April 10, 2023, the property attracted stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore.

The 2,497-sqft flat is located on the 6th floor of the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society, and was purchased from Gold Street Mercantile Company.

In a separate deal, Bhatt transferred two apartments located at Mumbai’s Juhu, Mumbai to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. Situated at Gigi Apartments, the flats have a total area of 2,086 sqft, and a car parking. These were transferred through a gift deed, and a stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh was paid for this transaction, showed documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
