Types of saving account offered by ICICI Bank

 

  • Basic saving account

It’s a simple account that holds your money in the bank in exchange for interest. A minimum balance to open this account if you are above 18 years is Rs. 10,000. 

 

 

  • Instant savings account

  • Privilege saving account

  • Saving account for women

This account caters to a woman in building their careers. Unlike other services, ICICI bank provides skill-building programs to enable women to be self-reliant.   • Visit the ICICI bank’s branch and collect the opening account form
  • Enter your details on the form correctly
  • Submit the form after attaching self-attested KYC documents
  • An employee will verify your documents and ask you to deposit the minimum balance in your account

  • You can conduct free non-cash transfers up to 50 times the minimum balance
  • Charges of Rs 250 on your Titanium debit card will be waived off
  • You will be released from maintaining a minimum balance for the first six months
  • A minimum balance of Rs 25000 needs to be maintained
  • Base withdrawal – unlimited amount, non-base withdrawal – up to Rs. 50,000
  • Rs. 1000 fine on failing to maintain a minimum balance 
  • An individual who has a business can open this account
  • The date of registration should not exceed six months from opening this account
  • Before opening this account, you cannot have an existing ICICI current account

    • You can conduct free non-cash transfers up to 50 times the minimum balance
    • You will receive 200 free transactions 
    • You will need to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 25000
    • Rs, 1000 fine on failing to maintain a minimum balance
    • Base withdrawal – unlimited amount, non-base withdrawal – up to Rs. 50,000

 

 

  • Smart business account Gold

    • You will receive 300 free transactions
    • You will receive locker facilities and discounts on Auto Loans
    • You will need to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 1,00,000
    • Base withdrawal – unlimited amount, non-base withdrawal – up to Rs. 50,000
    • Rs. 3000 fine for failing to maintain a minimum balance

 

 

  • Roaming current account Standard

    • You can deposit Rs 1 lakh for free in your city ICICI branch within a month of opening the account
    • You will receive 25 cheques leaves for free
    • You will need to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 10,000
    • Rs 750 fine for failing to maintain a minimum balance

What are the eligibility criteria for ICICI current account opening?

  • Individuals need to provide a KYC attested documents
