November 24, 2023: Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has gifted his Juhu bungalow Pratiksha to daughter Shweta Nanda, showed documents accessed by Zapkey. As per the documents, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are the donors and Shweta Nanda is the donee.
Pratiksha is located on two plots totaling 1,564.47 sqm. According to documents accessed by Zapkey, two gift deeds for the Juhu property were executed on November 8, 2023.
For this transaction, a stamp duty of Rs 50.65 lakh was paid.
Pratiksha was Amitabh Bachchan’s first Mumbai residence where he stayed with his parents Teji and Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
