The Bangalore Metro Orange line will ensure smoother connectivity across the city.

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is all set to uncover phase 3A of the Bangalore Metro Orange line. The metro line will cover an extensive distance of 44.65 km with two different corridors. The Orange line of Bangalore Metro is expected to be constructed with a budget of Rs 16,328 crore. The project will have 21 stations in corridor 1 and 9 stations in corridor 2 and will be launched in 2028.

Bangalore Metro Orange line opening

The construction of the Bangalore Metro Orange line is underway and the line is expected to be operational by 2027-28. The metro line will cover 21 stations in Corridor 1 and an additional 9 stations in Corridor 2.

Bangalore Metro Orange line proposed stations

The Bangalore Metro Orange line is going to cover a total of 31 km along the Outer Ring Road. The corridor will stretch from Kempapura to JP Nagar covering 22 stations.
