BDR Pharma’s promoter buys 2 apartments in Worli for over Rs 80 crore

The apartments are located at Raheja Artesia.

BDR Pharmaceuticals’ founder and CMD Dharmesh Shah’s wife Binita Shah has invested around Rs 80.8 crore in two apartments in Worli, Mumbai mention documents accessed by property aggregator Zapkey.com. Binta Shah is also a board member of BDR Pharmaceuticals.

Purchased on the 39th floor of Raheja Artesia, the two apartments in total have a carpet area spread across 6,670 sqft with 367 sqft of balcony area. There are seven parkings that come along with these properties, showed the documents.

A standalone 45-storey tower, one can see views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link from Raheja Artesia.
