December 5, 2023: Real estate developer Brigade Group on December 4, 2023, signed a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a luxury residential project of around 0.4 million square foot (msf) in Mysore. With a gross development value of Rs 300 crore, the project is spread across 4 acre and located in Mysore’s Kurubarahalli, right next to the JW Golf Club.
Pavitra Shankar, managing director, Brigade Enterprises, said, “Brigade has been a strong brand in Mysore over the last three decades. This luxury project will consist of large units including penthouses, designed with premium amenities and situated right next door to the Mysore Golf Club with beautiful views of Chamundi Hills.”
This JDA will add to Brigade Group’s residential portfolio in Mysore of over 25 residential projects, including recent deliveries, like Brigade Symphony, Brigade Topaz, Brigade Mountain View and Brigade Palmgrove, as well as earlier successes, such as Brigade Splendour, Brigade Citadel and Brigade Solitaire. Brigade Group has a strong pipeline over the next year, of around 13 msf in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, of which 11 msf is from residential projects.
As of yet, Brigade has completed over 80 msf of landmark buildings across cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Kochi, GIFT City-Gujarat and Thiruvananthapuram, with developments across residential, office, retail and hospitality domains.
