The minimal requirements for General category candidates are 55% at the undergraduate level and 60% at the graduate level. Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for SC	The candidate must be a graduate student from a historically underrepresented group. No more than two years should pass between the time they get the award letter and the time they enrol in the MPhil/Ph.D. program.
