Casagrand announces Sourav Ganguly as brand ambassador

Sourav Ganguly endorses Casagrand as the developer forays into newer markets.

August 21, 2023: Real estate developer Casagrand has announced former cricketer Sourav Ganguly as its national brand ambassador, according to an official release. The endorsement is in line with the company’s expansion plans to reach newer markets, especially in Maharashtra. The company, which has its presence in South India, aims to develop 20 million square foot (msf) in the next three years in Maharashtra, investing about Rs 8,000 crore for its expansion plan.

Casagrand believes that their core values resonate perfectly with the cricketing icon Sourav Ganguly, who transformed Indian cricketing with his unique leadership style and embodies the spirit of the brand, the company stated in its release.

The brand, which was founded in 2004, has delivered over 140 projects and 40,000 homes across Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Hyderabad in 2023. The company plans to do a 360-degree, integrated marketing campaign named ‘Transforming Lives’ across mediums.

Casagrand plans to develop 60,000 homes. The company has developed 38 msf of real estate across key locations and aims to build 80 msf.

Arun Mn, founder and managing director of Casagrand said,” We are delighted to join hands with Dada and have him on board as our national brand ambassador. We welcome Ganguly to the Casagrand family and we look forward to an exciting journey ahead.”

He further said, “So far, we have delivered 123 projects on time. Last year, we achieved sales of Rs 4,200 crore and in this financial year, we are aiming to achieve sales value of Rs 7,200 crore. Residential being the mainstay venture, we have allied ventures including Casagrand Commercial (office spaces and malls), Casagrand Contracts (EPC company) Casagrand industrial parks and warehousing division and Casagrand internal school.”

Speaking on the new partnership with Casagrand, Sourav Ganguly, said “I am delighted with my association with Casagrand which served the homebuying market with a unique product offering at a price they consistently held to be true value for money. I am excited to be part of the journey as they are expanding to newer horizons including the Maharashtra market.”
