Real estate developer Casagrand on April 19, 2023, launched Casagrand Aspires, a residential community in Navalur, Chennai. Spread across an area of 1.76 acre, the project offers 316 apartment units, including a mix of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The starting price of a unit here is Rs 39 lakh.
The project will have a 3,000-sqft swimming pool, a kid’s play zone, a senior citizen’s park, zen gardens, a mini-theatre, a video game lounge, yoga meditation pods, an aqua amphitheater and a 7,300-sqft clubhouse. Casagrand Aspires is planned with 24-hour CCTV surveillance, a 7.2-m driveway with charging bays and dedicated car washing stations.
Located 10 minutes away from Sholinganallur, the project is surrounded by IT/ ITes, schools, universities, and hospitals. It also enjoys connectivity to Nookampalayam and ECR link roads and upcoming metro stations. The RERA-registered project is set to be handed over within 24 months, says the company.
