April 1, 2025: South India-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced the launch of its first senior living project Casagrand Cheers at Pudupakkam, Chennai. The project offers senior citizen-friendly homes offered at an attractive price point starting from Rs 89 lakh. Spread across 5.2 acre, the project comprises 331 units of fully furnished 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes with over 40 specially curated amenities.
There are amenities for wellness with spa, salon, sauna, jacuzzi and steam facilities alongside physical fitness and indoor-outdoor amenities. The project focuses on safety and health with arthritis-friendly homes featuring grab rails and wheelchair accessibility as well as proactive healthcare services, including 24/7 medical support, on-call health check-ups and broader health governance through strategic healthcare tie-ups. The project is equipped with a mini-clinic, an on-premises physiotherapy room, 24X7 ambulance service for medical assistance. A 24-hour emergency call system is integrated into every residence for immediate response. Grab rails, skid-resistant flooring, motion sensor lighting and foot lamps have been incorporated to facilitate mobility.
