Real estate developer Casagrand has launched Casagrand Southbrooke, an affordable residential project. The project is spread over 10 acre, and includes 671 units of 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations. Units in the project are available from Rs 17 lakh onwards. Registered under the Tamil Nadu RERA, the project is expected to be completed in 18 months.
Located close to Kelambakkam, the new OMR bypass and the proposed metro station at Siruseri, Casagrand Southbrooke is surrounded by renowned education institutes, hospitals, IT companies and other corporates.
Casagrand Southbrooke offers more than 85 amenities, the developer said.
