May 9, 2024: Real estate developer Casagrand has announced the launch of a 27-acre project, Casagrand Casablanca located at Bangalore’s Kanakapura Road. It has onboarded Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan as the celebrity endorser for the project and rolled out a 360-degree marketing campaign named ‘The Greatest Living Experience’. The company has earmarked an investment of 750 crore and plans to develop 16.1 million square foot (msf) of residential area housing luxurious apartments, floor villas and penthouses.
Drawing inspiration from the timeless elegance of Roman architecture, Casagrand Casablanca offers a range of 2, 3 and 4 BHK premium apartments, 5 BHK floor villas and penthouses and more than 100 amenities.

According to the developer, strategically situated just off Kanakapura Road, minutes from the vibrant Forum Mall, the project is close to JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Banashankari and IT/ITES hubs.
