Chintels Group has announced the launch of the second phase of its luxury project – Chintels Serenity phase II – in Sector 109, Chintels Metropolis on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. Chintels Serenity phase II will consist of six high-rise towers having a total of 324 apartments. The project consists of three and four-bedroom apartments of five sizes – 1,590, 1,955, 2,100, 2,375 and 2,925 sq ft.
Chintels Serenity phase II will have a total saleable area of 4,85,660 sq ft. Of the six towers, three towers will have four apartments per floor and the remaining three towers will have two apartments per floor. The project, designed by Design Forum India, incorporates contemporary architecture, state-of-the-art security and innovative use of spaces and elements. The expected time of delivery of the project is December 31, 2023.
