The City and Industrial Development Corporation of India (CIDCO) said it has achieved its target of zero pendency for the services it provides, with its Ease of Doing Business (EODB) portal.
In a statement, Sanjay Mukherjee, vice-chairman and managing director, CIDCO, said: “The Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Portal will facilitate, streamline and digitise CIDCO’s services to provide faster, transparent and efficient services to various entities such as common citizens, investors, builders, and developers. Also, the significant target of zero pendency has been achieved through this portal.”
With the EODB portal, citizens can know the application status and the time that will be required for the service to be processed. The EODB portal can be accessed on http://www.cidcoindia.com/eodb/
Additionally, an Ease of Doing Business cell has been kept near the CIDCO Bhavan entrance gate at Belapur, Navi Mumbai that will educate people about the portal.
