Common Service Centres or CSCs are facilities set up by the government to deliver various public utility services to citizens. The CSC e-Governance or Digital Sewa Kendra portal allows citizens to access these services online. One of the services available in the application for a PAN card, which the Income Tax (I-T) department issues. A PAN card is identity proof and contains ten unique alphanumeric characters.

How to apply for a PAN card online through CSC?
Applicants can approach the nearest CSCs or Common Service Centres to submit the PAN card application. The Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)/ CSC Operator will fill the application and submit it along with the supporting documents provided by the applicant. The VLE is required to log in to the CSC portal using the registration ID and password, and follow the steps mentioned below:
- For the CSC PAN application, log in to the portal.
- Fill up the PAN application form with relevant details given by the applicant.
- Upload the supporting documents, including photographs, PAN application form and signature.
- VLE must complete the payment.
- An acknowledgement receipt will be generated.
- Create a batch at regular intervals, containing a minimum of one application.
- At the end of a month, the hard copies and batch detail sheet must be mailed through courier to the specified address.

UTI PAN CSC login
The UTIITSL or UTI Infrastructure and Technology Services Limited, a government organisation that provides services to investors of UTI schemes, has been entrusted by the I-T department to manage the PAN application process.
The PAN card-related services by UTIITSL include:
