Director Vivek Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi Joshi recently bought an apartment in Mumbai’s Versova and paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore for the registration.

Bollywood director Vivek Agnihotri and his wife, Pallavi Joshi, have purchased a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Versova. The couple garnered attention and appreciation from the audience after the success of their movie Kashmir Files. As per media reports, Vivek Agnihotri and his wife, Pallavi Joshi, have bought an apartment worth Rs 17.92 crore from the developer of the project, Ecstasy Realty.

The apartment is on the 30th floor of Parthenon Towers, located in Versova, an upmarket locality in the Andheri suburb of Mumbai. The apartment spans an area of over 3,258 sq ft. The property also comes with three parking lots and other amenities.

It is the same building where Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan, bought a 12,000 sq ft new apartment on the 31st floor.

The Bollywood couple has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore for the registration of this property deal. The value of the property was a little above Rs 55,000 per sq ft, as per the documents accessed by Indextap.com.
