DDA launches Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, offering 1k affordable flats

Interested buyers can apply for the scheme on DDA’s official website. The scheme will remain open until December 21, 2025.

September 12, 2025: In a move that will benefit the low-income families, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the ‘Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025’. A total of 1, 172 affordable flats will be offered under this scheme, which will cater to the economically weaker sections (EWS) and Janta category applicants. These flats will be located in different parts of Outer Delhi.

Registration for the scheme will start from September 11, 2025, while the booking process will start from September 22, 2025. Interested buyers can apply for the scheme, which will remain open until December 21, 2025. These flats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (FCFS).

Who can apply for DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025?

Any Indian citizen with a minimum 18 years of age can apply for the scheme if they fulfil the DDA’s eligibility criteria as specified in the brochure. There will be no restrictions regarding owning any land/built-up property in Delhi. According to the eligibility criteria mentioned by DDA, the family income of the applicant and joint/co-applicant must not exceed Rs 10 lakh per annum, if both families are considered separately.

The DDA flats offered under the Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 will provide the people from the low-income households, including the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), with an opportunity to own a house in Delhi. How to apply for DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025?

  • Interested buyers must visit the DDA website https://eservices.dda.org.in/ and register themselves for the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025.
  • Click on the housing scheme link and click on ‘apply here’ to proceed.
  • A refundable amount of Rs 2,500 (inclusive of GST) must be paid online.
  • Before submitting the application form, the applicant should check all the relevant details of the flats such as size, location price, layout, price, etc. They will have a choice to book a specific flat on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
