- Login to the Haryana ULB NDC portal https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/
- Search for property using any of the parameters – Owner’s name, mobile number or plot number. Users also have the GIS search option – ‘search using on map’ button
- Read the terms and conditions. Click on the checkbox to proceed.
- In the next step, search the district, municipality and colony name in which the new property ID has to be created.
- The map will be displayed. Move the blue marker to the exact location of the PID to be created. Then, click on next button.
- If the property is a subdivision of an existing PID, choose ‘yes’ for the question ‘Is this a subdivision of an existing Property ID?’ Else, select ‘No’.
- Submit the property details. Enter the owner details and click on ‘add owner’.
- Add construction details by floor.
- Upload the required documents.
