February 27, 2024: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will conduct an e-auction for Phase 3 of its Diwali Special Housing Scheme on March 5, 2024, offering 257 flats across various categories, according to media reports. Phase 3 of the housing scheme was launched on February 19, 2024. The scheme offers 257 housing units, including penthouses, high-income and middle-income group categories across different sectors of Dwarka.
According to an official statement, two penthouses and 123 high-income group category flats are in Sector 19B, while 132 middle-income group category flats are in Sector 14. The tentative reserve prices for these flats will be Rs 5 crore, Rs 2.1 crore and Rs 1.44 crore, respectively.Â
The last date of registration for the e-auction and the submission of the online earnest money deposit was February 28, 2024. The deposits are Rs 10 lakh for MIG flats, Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats and Rs 25 lakh for penthouses. The amount is non-adjustable and non-refundable. Participants must register on the e-auction portal by paying Rs 2,500 each for every flat.
The DDA launched the e-auction process for phase 2 of the scheme on January 18, 2024, and conducted the e-auction on February 5, 2024.

On November 2023, the DDA opened e-bookings for premium flats under the special housing scheme, offering 2,093 flats and penthouses in Dwarka Sector 19B, Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram. It offered 170 super HIG, 946 HIG and 14 penthouses in Dwarka 19B, 316 MIG flats in Sector 14 and 647 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram.
