October 18, 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of the 18th phase of the mega e-auction of prime commercial, residential, institutional, industrial and group housing plots. These will also include built-up shops, mobile tower sites, kiosks, CNG/Green fuel sites, etc. The online bidding for these properties will start on November 7, 2023, and conclude on November 9, 2023. Registrations will be open till November 6, 2023.
The authority has invited bids for 50 institutional plots, including 20 religious sites on a leasehold basis, 12 industrial plots on a freehold basis, 46 residential plots on a freehold basis, two group housing plots (on a freehold basis), 28 commercial plots, including four gas godowns, and 19 small-size residential plots at Rohini on a freehold basis. The DDA has also invited bids for 145 built-up shops and 13 Janak Place shops on a freehold basis and 15 kiosks, 16 mobile tower sites and 105 functional sites based on a monthly license fee, according to the official website.

The DDA has set up a help desk in its office at the Nagrik Suvidha Kendra, Vikas Sadan. Interested applicants can approach the helpdesk from Monday to Friday between 11 AM and 5 PM. Soon after the e-auction is over, the process of issuing the Letter of Intent and demand-cum-allotment letter in favour of the H1 must start and be completed in a timely manner, according to an official statement cited in media reports.
