Delhi-Dausa expressway real estate impact

The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway or the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor is a major infrastructural project that is expected to have a significant impact on economic growth. Improved transportation and connectivity between the two cities are noteworthy benefits of the expressway project. It will reduce the travel time from Jaipur and Agra NH to Delhi from four hours to two hours.

Moreover, the growth of this corridor will result in increased real estate demand, including commercial and residential properties. Some of the key areas along the corridor, including Gurgaon, Sohna and parts of Delhi-NCR, are expected to see an increased property demand, attracting investments and resulting in an increase in land prices and rentals.

Furthermore, industrial and commercial hubs are expected to be developed along the route, including the growth of warehousing and logistics hubs.
