It is being constructed in four sections with a total of 52 construction packages.
How will the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project benefit the region?
Besides enabling smooth connectivity between Delhi, Mumbai and other key cities, the upcoming expressway is expected to transform the real estate landscape along the corridor. The emergence of townships, business parks and logistics parks has created new opportunities for investment. The project has led to a significant increase in property prices. The infrastructure project is playing a key role in the economic growth of the region, resulting in creation of new jobs. This has attracted several home seekers around the region, generating an increased demand for residential properties. Moreover, several prominent developers have come up with new residential projects along the expressway.
