The property has a built-up area of 9,077 sqft and is spread across floors 15 and 16 of the Rustomjee Parishram building located on the Nargis Dutt Road at Pali Hill, Bandra West, Mumbai. The carpet area of the property is 7,791 sqft.
The property was registered on July 25, 2023 between Dinesh Prem Vijan and Keystone Realtors. The stamp duty paid by Vijan for this property investment was Rs 6.17 crore.
Vijan has invested in an under-construction project,which is basically redevelopment of a housing society.
