December 21, 2023: Real estate firm DLF on December 20, 2023, said it has sold independent floors and commercial plots for around Rs 1,400 crore in Haryana’s Gurgaon and Panchkula, attributed primarily to strong property demand. These sales were driven by DLF’s launch of two new projects in Sector 67, Gurgaon, and Panchkula.
This sales is particularly attributed to the launch and complete sell-out of 75 shop-cum-office (SCO) plots in the ‘Central 67’ project located in Sector 67, Gurgaon. Generating Rs 700 crore, these commercial plots are situated along Sohna Road in the commercial belt designated under the Master Plan Gurgaon 2031. Notably, the development spans 9 acre and is designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor. Offering versatile development potential, these plots can be utilised for both retail and office purposes, featuring basement, ground floor and up to four floors. The pricing range spans from Rs 7 crore to Rs 25 crore.
Simultaneously, DLF had launched ‘Valley Orchard’ in Panchkula, a project comprising 512 independent floors. Out of the total units, 400 have already been launched and sold, contributing an additional Rs 700 crore to the overall sales. The floors, sold at Rs 9,000 per square foot, offer two distinct configurations – 3 BHK + Study and 3 BHK residences. Each unit comprises a basement, a stilt and four independent floors.
DLF achieved sales bookings of Rs 4,268 crore during the first half of the fiscal year, and sales of Rs 15,000 crore in the previous fiscal year. The ‘DLF Arbour’ project in Gurgaon contributed significantly to the overall sales figures. With a portfolio encompassing over 158 real estate projects, covering an area of more than 340 million square foot (msf), DLF holds a development potential of about 215 msf across both residential and commercial segments. Additionally, it holds an annuity portfolio exceeding 42 msf.
