Mr. Shakrendra Seth, co-founder, and promoter, of Enso Group, has been in the real estate industry for over a decade now. At Enso he looks after finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources & Legal aspects of Business.
He believes that a Home is the most important purchase a person makes in their lifetime, so the home should be such that should bring Joy & Pride for the customer and a structure that would last them for many generations to come. He believes that “Real estate isn’t just about bricks and cement; it is about human touch and relationships.”
Mr. Amit Duhlani, co-founder and promoter, of Enso Group, has completed his master’s from the United States and a global executive course from ISB, Wharton, and Kellogg. At Enso he looks after Finance, Construction and Purchase.
He has experience in product design, and he believes in making buildings by using the latest technology with eco-friendly and cost-effective designs. He wants Enso to impact more than a million lives in the next ten years. As a developer, he sees this as an opportunity to change the way homes are built and impact people’s lives. The idea is to provide quality homes that serve the modern needs of today’s customers.
Mr. Aditya Pandya is the third co-founder and promoter of Enso Group. At Enso he looks after Permissions, Regulatory Affairs, and Coordination with various authorities ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. He also looks after the acquisition of new projects for the company.
He believes that the biggest reward is blessings and warm wishes from hundreds of families, whom we are providing new houses, changing their lives for good, and giving them a bright future, his vision is to relocate at least 1,000 people from slums to homes in the next five years. He wants Enso to become the first choice for customers in the coming years and a trusted name in Mumbai’s real estate sector.
