The board has removed one unit from MIG category as it is under a legal dispute. How can I see the application form that I have submitted to Mhada for the Mhada lottery?

Login on the Mhada IHLMS 2.0 website with your PAN number. Select application list on the Menu and you can see the application that has been submitted successfully.

Should I submit physical copies of the documents to the MHADA after applying for the lottery?

No. Applicants have to only bring original copies of documents submitted online while collecting the original provisional offer letter (POL) for the Mhada lottery 2023 Mumbai unit that they won from the Mhada office. You can download the copy of the POL from the Mhada lottery website in case you are a successful applicant.

Can I cancel my application for the Mhada lottery 2023 Mumbai and get a refund?

You can generate a new Domicile certificate by visiting the CSC centre or Maha e-seva Kendra. If you have applied for a Domicile certificate you can enter the application number or token number you got and complete your Mhada lottery registration.

How can I apply for NOC for loan on the Mhada lottery portal?

You can apply for NOC by logging on the IHLM 2.0 mobile application or the Mhada housing lottery portal. Click on the application list on the menu and choose the application that you have won. Click on the option ‘Apply for NOC’. Enter all the details asked and submit the form. Finally, download the NOC.

Can I let the Mhada flat won under Mhada lottery 2023 Mumbai on rent? 

Yes, you can rent the Mhada flat after paying a NOC that ranges between Rs 2000 to Rs 5000 depending on the category that you have applied for and won the Mhada housing unit.
