GNIDA allows registry of over 2,000 flats in Greater Noida West

GNIDA has instructed the builders to expedite the registry so that the homebuyers can receive ownership.

On July 25, 2023, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) permitted developers to register as many as 924 flats in two builder projects, Enticement and Ace Star City, in Greater Noida West. Ravi Kumar N G, CEO, GNIDA, and officer on special duty Soumya Srivastava handed over the permission letters for the registry of flats to the representatives of these builders. Of these 924 flats, 285 are in the Enticement project and 639 are in Ace Star City.

 

On July 24, 2023, the GNIDA had permitted the registry of 1,139 flats in three different societies- Samriddhi, Coco County and Prosper- after they had already deposited the required funds, leading to the issuance of their occupancy certificates. According to a GNIDA official, of these 1,139 flats, 216 are from Samriddhi, 571 are from Coco County and 352 are from Prosper group housing projects. So far, the authority has permitted the registry of 2,063 flats in five projects over two days.

 

Kumar instructed developers to expedite the registry so that the homebuyers could receive ownership of the flats. He also said that as soon as the outstanding dues were paid, the authority would promptly issue occupancy certificates and allow the registration of these flats.
