Greater Noida Authority launches scheme to allot 44 industrial plots

This move is anticipated to generate approximately Rs 5,000 crore from the reserve price.

February 2, 2024: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on January 31, 2024, initiated a scheme for the allotment of 44 industrial plots. This move is anticipated to generate approximately Rs 5,000 crore from the reserve price.

Spread across six sectors, these plots vary in size from 135 square metres to 20,354 square metres. The allocation of land for industrial purposes is also expected to create 10,000 employment opportunities.

The allotment process involves interviews, and brochures detailing the scheme have been released. Interested parties can submit their applications through the GNIDA website at greaternoidaauthority.in or via the Uttar Pradesh government’s portal at niveshmitra.up.nic.in. The deadline for registration is February 19. Once allotted, possession of the plots will be made available within a month.
