July 15, 2024: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on July 11, 2024, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 37 development projects worth Rs 269 crore in Gurgaon. This included the inauguration of 12 projects worth Rs 13.76 crore and the laying of the foundation stone of 25 projects worth Rs 255.17 crore during the Mukhyamantri Shaheri Svamitva Yojana registration and ‘Svamitva Patra’ distribution ceremony in Manesar.
Among the major projects, service lanes on both sides of the Dwarka Expressway will be constructed at a cost of Rs 99.50 crore. Additionally, a water treatment plant in Chandu Budhera will be built for Rs 61.95 crore, and master sewer lines from Sector-58 to 76 of Gurgaon to the Berhampur sewage treatment plant will be improved at a cost of Rs 28.45 crore.
Furthermore, the boosting station in Sector-16 of Gurgaon will be upgraded for Rs 14.75 crore, and the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) will construct a master road from Industrial Model Township (IMT) Manesar to Pataudi road at a cost of Rs 13.10 crore.
