Types of Bihar Post Matric Scholarships 2022-23

Bihar Post-Matric Scholarship eligibility  

The Bihar Post Matric Scholarship is available for students who have passed their Class 10th examinations from a recognized board. Students must be enrolled in a post-secondary course at a recognized institute in Bihar to be eligible for the scholarship.

BC-EBC Post Matric Scholarship
  • The applicant must be enrolled in class 11 to post-graduation.
  • The applicant must pass the previous qualifying examination.
  • The applicant’s annual income of the family shouldn’t exceed Rs 1,50,000.
  • The applicant shouldn’t be availing any other scholarship.
ST Post Matric Scholarship
  • The applicant must be enrolled in class 11 to post-graduation.
  • The applicant must pass the previous qualifying examination.
  • The applicant’s annual income of the family shouldn’t exceed Rs 2,50,000.
  • The applicant shouldn’t be availing any other scholarship.
Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana for 10+2
  • The applicant must be a girl/ woman. 
  • The applicant must be unmarried.
  • The applicant must pass class 12 examination from Bihar board.
Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana for graduation
  • The applicant must pass class 12 examination from any recognised university.
Combined Counselling Board Scholarship
  • The applicant must be enrolled in college (diploma/ graduation/ post-graduation).
  • The applicant must secure a minimum aggregate of 40% to 50% in the previous examination.
