How to apply for the Noida Authority plots?
- Visit the official website of the Noida Authority noidaauthorityonline.in
- Scroll down to view the Citizen’s Interface. Click on ‘Live Land Allotment Scheme’ option.
- A new page will appear where various schemes by the Noida Authority will be displayed.
- Click on ‘Apply Online’ button for the scheme you have chosen, such as industrial scheme.
- Users will be directed to a new window to the SBI e-Tendering portal.
- Search for the plot scheme you have selected. One can also check the Noida Authority plot rates.

Registration for Noida Authority plots
There is a 21-day registration period when all the eligible candidates can register for the scheme. For plot scheme registration, a document fee of Rs 2,500 and Rs 450 GST is applicable. Once the registration and scrutiny of the applicants are completed, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), which is 10% of the total amount of the plot must be paid for participation in the bidding-auction process. The reserve price of plots is made available during the registration.
Interested applicants can access the policy and procedure booklets for various land uses from the reception office and return. They purchase these booklets from authorised banks, such as Canara Bank, Vijaya Bank, State Bank of Patiala in Sector-6, Noida (based on the prescribed charges). The booklets mention the rules regarding residential, group housing, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.

- Application form are available at authorised banks or the department concerned, submission must be made at the reception office.
- One can purchase the ‘transfer application form’ from an authorised bank.
- For other transactions, the format should be requested from the departments concerned, without any charges applicable.
- After gathering all the documents, the applicant should submit the documents at the ‘Reception Office’ in a sealed envelope along with a forwarding letter.

- A receipt is issued by the Reception Office upon submission, acknowledging that the documents have been received.
How are Noida Authority plots allotted?
The plots launched by the Noida Authority are allotted through e-auction or through the process as specified in the official scheme brochure. In some cases, the allocation of plots may be done for specific targeted groups with various quotas, such as government employees, women, or senior citizens. The allotment and eligibility of the applicants are also mentioned in the brochure. The plots allotment is done through the Noida Authority’s e-bid system. How to participate in e-auction for the Noida Authority plots?
- Visit the Noida Authority portal. Complete the registration on the e-Tendering portal and obtain user ID and password.
- Pay the non-refundable e-brochure documents fee of Rs 2,500 and GST charges of Rs 450.
- Make online payment for a processing fee of Rs 2,300 separately against each property to participate in e-auction.
Applicants must note that bidding below the reserve price will not be permissible.
Grievance redressal
Complaints/grievances can be registered online through the Noida Authority portal. Grievance redressal is carried out in various stages involving senior executives and a committee. The grievances may be related to the allotment of property or civic amenities and grievance redressal is conducted in three stages:
- Stage 1: The applicant must contact the AGM, DGM, GM, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on any working day from 10 AM to 1 PM.
- Stage 2: If not satisfied, the allottee can request for a ‘grievance redressal committee’ or a ‘standing committee’ by submitting a representation at the reception counter. They can appear before this committee in a meeting organised on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Stage 3: There is a provision to approach the CEO of the Noida Authority. A brief letter of grievance has to be submitted to the CEO on a working day between 12 AM to 1:30 PM.
