To obtain your account balance, call 1800-419-5959 or 1800-419-5858. Mini-account statements can be obtained by sending a mini-account number to 8691000002 or 56161600.

By using ATM

With your debit card, visit the closest ATM.
Insert your debit card and key in the PIN.
Balances can be viewed by selecting the ‘balance inquiry/balance check’ option.
Choose ‘mini statement’ to see the ten most recent transactions on the screen.

Visit the Axis bank Internet banking website and log in.
Enter your login credentials
