To utilise this service, consumers must dial the Axis Bank balance cheque number from their registered mobile phone. You will receive a confirmation message after registration. To obtain your account balance, call 1800-419-5959 or 1800-419-5858. Mini-account statements can be obtained by sending a mini-account number to 8691000002 or 56161600.

By using ATM
- With your debit card, visit the closest ATM.
- Insert your debit card and key in the PIN.
- Balances can be viewed by selecting the ‘balance inquiry/balance check’ option.
- Choose ‘mini statement’ to see the ten most recent transactions on the screen.
Using online banking
- Visit the Axis bank Internet banking website and log in.
- Enter your login credentials
- You may examine your account balance on the screen.

Every customer who opens a bank account with Axis Bank is provided with a passbook. Customers can update their passbook by visiting their local branch of Axis Bank to check their account balance.
