How to pay property tax online in Vijayawada?
Step 1: Copy and paste the following web address in your browser to pay the property tax online: https://vmc.ap.gov.in/welcome
Step 2: On the home page, you will find the option e-Payments on the top. Once you hover your cursor there, you will see the option ‘Property Tax’. Click on it.
Step 3: A new page will appear. You have the option to proceed either by providing your assessment number or old assessment number or owner name or door number.
Step 4: In this example, we have used the owner’s name and all the details appeared.
Step 5: You now have the option to either view the property tax or pay it. First, view the bill to understand the detailed break-up. You will also find the following details on the bill:
- Assessment number
- Zone
- Ward
- Locality
- Owner name
- Property address
- Category of ownership
- Current first half tax
- Current first half tax due
- Current second half tax
- Current second half tax due
- Total arrears due
Step 6: Once you click on ‘Pay Bill’, the following page will open:
Step 7: Select the mode of payment. You can pay your property tax bill through net banking, credit card, debit card, or CFMS Payment Gateway.
Step 8: Once the payment is successfully made, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt. You will also receive an SMS about this.

Step 1: Go to web browser.
Step 2: Search: http://cdma.ap.gov.in/
Step 3: On top of the page under ‘Online Services’, click on ‘Property Tax’. A list of options appears on the right.
Step 4: Click on ‘File your self-assessment’ (not yet assessed).
You may approach any Citizen Service Centre in your ULB to avail this service.
