How to use Mhada’s e-billing system?

This can be used by people in the Mhada Pune, Nagpur, Konkan and the Amravati Board settlements.

In a bid to help residents and tenants of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) to easily pay the Mhada service charges online, the Mhada has launched the e-billing services system. This system can be used by people in the various Mhada settlements including the Mhada Pune Board, the Mhada Nagpur Board, the Mhada Konkan Board and the Mhada Amravati Board.

With the availability of the e-billing system, all service charges related to Mhada can be paid from the convenience of your home.

Mhada users will get acknowledgement of the service charge payment on their registered email ID and mobile number. Also, as part of the e-billing services system, there is an income management mailbox made available to register any grievance regarding online payment of the service charges.

Mhada: Steps to pay service charge

  • Log on to https://www.mhada.gov.in/
  • Under citizen corner click on Mumbai board e-billing system
  • You will reach here.  Enter the Mhada consumer no. and click on submit.Mhada e-biling service
  • You will enter a page with payment module and a link that will have all your payment details, history and arrears if any.
  • On this page, you will also see a payment module. Here, enter your name, service charge to be paid, registered mobile number and email id. Click on Pay and proceed to make the payment. Service charge payment can be made using UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking.

 

Common issues in the MHADA E-Billing System

  • Login issue: This can happen if the user has entered incorrect consumer details. Sometimes, login issues occur when the site is under maintenance, or there are browser problems.
  • Payment failure: Payment failure details will appear under Payment status in the regular bill section. If any deduction has been made, it will be refunded to the user within seven working days. To attempt payment again, the user must wait for at least one hour. 
  • Incorrect bill details: In case of any discrepancy in bill details, users can register their complaint through the grievance mailbox provided on the portal.
