Project registration/Quarterly Progress Report
Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) has to be updated by the developer every quarter. It should provide details about the project status, finance used, etc. If the QPR is not updated on a regular basis, the developer can lose his project’s RERA registration number, project’s bank account gets frozen, and the development of the project can be halted until QPR is updated and penalty is paid. Click on QPR and you will reach the following page.
How can a developer register himself with J&K RERA?
On this page, click on sign up and you will reach the following page. Select user type as ‘Project Developer’.
Enter details, such as authority, project name, username, e-mail, mobile number, password, confirm password, captcha and click on create.
How can an agent register with J&K RERA?
On the same page, click on agent and fill in details and click on create and generate registration.
Once you have created login details, you can login on the J&K RERA page for all details.
How to search projects on J&K RERA?
On https://rera.jk.gov.in/view_project/search_project enter project number, project year, captcha, and click on search case.
How to search project cause list?
On https://rera.jk.gov.in/admincontrol/project_causelist, enter case authority, date of hearing. Enter captcha and click on get cause list.
How to download forms on J&K RERA portal?
On the J&K RERA page, under ‘Acts & Rules’, click on forms and choose the form required for download.

J&K appoints new RERA Chairman
The J&K government has appointed retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Satish Chandra as chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), according to a notification issued by the Jammu & Kashmir Housing & Urban Development Department Commissioner Secretary Mandeep Kaur.
